We do understand that while choosing the right care provider for yourself or for a loved one is a big decision. Medi247Care provides a unique personal care service to our clients in the community dependant on their welfare, health and safety needs. Whatever your home care service needs are, we are here to provide a helping hand when you need it.

Therefore, Medi247Care achieve care service continuity through a devoted, professional care team we have. We value our carers and treat each one as professionals and member of the team. Its our responsibility to provide Carer’s with a clear career path which encourages loyalty and hard working. Our staff undergo a rigorously checking before they are assigned an extensive care training program and they have many years’ experience of providing carefully tailored care and support. They are encouraged to pursue and acquire further skills and qualifications that is in line with the work the undertake.

Medi247Care fully regulated by the CQC

As a locally run Domiciliary Care business aiming for the highest standards, we are regulated by the CQC (Care Quality Commission) – which  is a UK based regulatory  independent body which carries out regular inspections in order to assess the standards of quality and safety of the care services we provide. Being regulated by the CQC means we as a company need to adhere to strict guidelines and procedures to ensure we provide good quality care.

Medi247Care Ltd is a domiciliary care provider serving the private market and socially funded care markets to regulated by CQC. We are a start-up established in 2023 and we are planning to steadily grown our Domiciliary Care business and coverage to Sussex, Surrey and London counties. We hope to open first office in our Q2, 2023 serving Sussex/Surrey county. Subsequent office to open in other areas in the near future.

Working with individuals and families, Medi247Care will recruit for peoples individual needs and match workers to people with needs. We are focused on selling a Person-Centred Service and will therefore aim to recruit one primary and one secondary worker to each person needing support. This will differentiate us from our competitors and identify us as a care provider that uses quality as our primary focus. Our care services will provide a comprehensive support solution that will be tailored where necessary to best suit the individuals needs of each of our service users.

And these are the domiciliary personal care services that Medi247Care Ltd will be offering. 

  • ​​Assistance with getting up, wash, shower or bath, get dressed and have breakfast 

  • Preparation of food and drink 

  • Ensuring a timely prompt for medication when due 

  • Undertaking domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry and ironing 

  • At the end of each day, some help with getting ready for bed 

  • Hospital discharge and support 

  • Assistance in daily living 

  • Housekeeping services 

  • Home Medication Management 

  • Personal Assistance Services. 

Once we have considered the sort of care our client needs, a member of our management team will discuss the clients individual requirements in more detail.

Our target group include clients we sell our services to and they include any of the following.

  • Adult of 65+ years old

We aim to offer our support to local authorities and private clients as well as people in receipt of personal budgets and personal health budgets.
